About our studio

Opened in 2019, our simple aim is to provide you with a total wellness experience in a small welcoming environment.  We offer a range of classes including Pilates, Yoga, Barre Fitness and TRX Suspension Training.  In addition to our classes, we offer Remedial & Sports Massage and Swedish Massage to help keep you relaxed and addressing any soft tissue problems you may have.  If personal training is your thing, we put the "personal" back into personal training, offering 1-2-1 sessions in our small well equipped room where it will only be you and your personal trainer.

Ian has more than 15 years experience in the fitness industry and his passion for health & wellness is stronger than ever.  Ian has been participating in endurance challenges since 2013, having completed 3 x Ironman events and swam the length of Loch Lomond (22 miles).  During this time Ian came to realise that in order to continue to compete in such events, the need to look after the body was vitally important and that Pilates and Yoga were the key.  The studio was opened in
