Yoga for Beginners 
(4 week block, 1 class per week)
Daytime and evening courses available

Our beginners classes run over a 4 week period at the same time each week.  The blocks are priced at only £23 for daytime and £28 for the evening blocks and once the block starts no further bookings for that block will be taken.  To ensure that you get the best possible support from your teacher, the course is limited to 9 spaces. Never tried Yoga before, your instructor will guide you through the basics to ensure you feel confident in joining our mainstream classes. 

 

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of our Yoga classes at The Movement & Wellness Studio coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
